Flow is a shoe built on Vibram's well-known Sphike outsole. This is an outsole specially designed for how the foot rolls from heel to toe - this is to reduce muscle fatigue and increase comfort during normal walking or running.
Description
The upper is made from a mixture of suede and mesh to ensure stability and breathability for your foot. Furthermore, the sole is designed so that the response is medium to firm, depending on weight. This makes the shoe more stable and helps your foot get a neutral pronation.
