Follow our step-by-step guide to make a return

Our Return Policy

Wasn't the item the way you expected it to be or would you like to change the size? Here you find information about how to return your order or to exchange your item(s). Remember,  you have 14 days to decide if you want to return or to exchange your items, starting from when you received your package.
Keep in mind that it is you as the customer who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always keep your receipt for your return.
You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your products, starting from the time you received your package. Remember that all items sent back to us must be in their original condition, as well as all tags and labels.

Step One

Fill out the return form

You can find the return-form on the back of the delivery note that accompanies your order. Fill out the return-form and add it with the item(s) you want to return, preferably in the same box in which the item was delivered, or one that holds for the mail.We recommend that you use our prepaid return shipping slip for the fastest return shipping possible.

Step Two

Attach the return form

Attach the return shipping note to the package and deliver to your nearest postal agent delivery point.

Step 3

Hand it to a postal agent

The return package must be submitted to a postal agent, it must not be placed on the mailbox. If you put your return package on the mailbox, we cannot initiate an investigation / complaint if the package was damaged during transport. In such cases, we unfortunately cannot refund the order amount to you. Be sure to ask for a receipt for submitting the package. 

Exchange?

If you want to exchange your item, you need to place a new order for the new item and check the box for exchanging on your returns-form.

Returns FAQs

Refunds

As soon as you receive a return confirmation to your email address, the process for your refund start.
- Debit card, within 10 banking days. The refund is made to the same account used for the purchase.
- Klarna payment, direct. The item will be deleted from your invoice. To avoid the cleaning fee for goods you have returned, you must contact Klarna or log in toKlarna.com.
- Vipps, within 10 business days. The refund is made to the same Vipps account used for the purchase.

Are there any costs of return?

- If you want to change size or item, it's free of charge.
- The cost of a return is 10 EUR / 139 NOK
- This amount will be deducted when we refund you.
- If you do a return without the prepaid return label that comes along with your order, we do not accept responsibility for delays or lost packages.

What products are non-refundable?

- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Original shipping costs. (If you paid extra for express delivery).

What products can be returned?

- Within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- In original condition.
- Non-washed and unused.
- In the original packaging.
