Wasn't the item the way you expected it to be or would you like to change the size? Here you find information about how to return your order or to exchange your item(s). Remember,  you have 30 days to decide if you want to return or to exchange your items, starting from when you received your package.
Keep in mind that it is you as the customer who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always keep your receipt for your return.

How to return - International customers
You have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your products, starting from the time you received your package. Remember that all items sent back to us must be in their original condition, as well as all tags and labels.

You can find the return-form on the back of the delivery note that accompanies your order. Fill out the return-form and add it with the item(s) you want to return, preferably in the same box in which the item was delivered, or one that holds for the mail.

The return package must be submitted to a postal agent, it must not be placed on the mailbox. If you put your return package on the mailbox, we cannot initiate an investigation / complaint if the package was damaged during transport. In such cases, we unfortunately cannot refund the order amount to you. Be sure to ask for a receipt for submitting the package. You are responsible for any fees in connection with return.

 If you want to exchange your item, you need to place a new order for the new item and check the box for exchanging on your returns-form.

Returns & exchanges
This is what you do:
- Fill out the return-form that comes with the relevant order's delivery note.
- Insert the return-form together with the returning items in the same box in which it was delivered, or something that holds for the mailbox.
- Deliver your package to your nearest delivery location. Remember to keep your receipt until we have registered your return.
- If you like to exchange your items, place a new order on the item(s) you want to exchange to.

Refund
As soon as you receive a return confirmation to your email address, the process for your refund start.
- Debit card, within 10 banking days. The refund is made to the same account used for the purchase.
- Klarna payment, direct. The item will be deleted from your invoice. To avoid the cleaning fee for goods you have returned, you must contact Klarna or log in to Klarna.com.
- PayPal, within 10 business days. The refund is made to the same PayPal account used for the purchase.

Attach a return shipping note to the package and deliver to your nearest Postnord delivery point. Always keep the delivery receipt for your package until we have registered your return. We recommend that you use our prepaid return shipping slip for the fastest return shipping possible. If you want to exchange your item, you need to place a new order for the new item and check the box for exchanging on your returns-form.

Refund
