Returns & Exchanges

Return window

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags, dust bags, and shoe box.

Exchanges

  • Free exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Return process

To initiate a return, please email hello@monofoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions by email.

  • Norway: returns via PostNord (Parcel Locker / Service Point).
  • International: returns via DHL Express GoGreen Plus.

Return fees

  • If you request a refund instead of an exchange, a return fee of 15 EUR / 139 NOK / 139 SEK / 109 DKK applies and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Mono cannot take responsibility for parcels sent without the prepaid label we provide.

What is non-refundable

  • Original shipping costs (e.g., express upgrades).
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Items not returned in resellable condition (used, damaged, or missing packaging).

Refund timing

  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take an additional few days to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a faulty or wrong product, please contact hello@monofoo.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Packaging note (footwear)

Please return footwear in the original shoe box placed inside a protective outer box. Returns with labels applied directly to the shoe box may be refused or repackaged at cost.
