What products can be returned?
- Within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- In original condition.
- Non-washed and unused.
- In the original packaging.

What products are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items.

Are there any costs of return?
- When you return or exchange your items you are responsible for any shipping costs and other charges, mono does not accept responsibility for delays or lost packages.
- If you live in Norway its free of charge to return or to exchange your items. You can use the prepaid return label and leave the items at your local post office.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. (If you paid extra for home delivery).

How soon will I get my refund?
- When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
