Shipping & Delivery

Mono offers fast and reliable shipping both within Norway and worldwide. We partner with PostNord for domestic deliveries and DHL Express GoGreen Plus for international shipments — combining speed, reliability, and sustainability through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to reduce CO₂ emissions.

Domestic Shipping – Norway

All Norwegian orders are shipped with PostNord. Customers can choose between delivery to a Parcel Locker or Service Point at checkout.

Tracking information is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Deliveries to rural areas may take slightly longer. PostNord cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express GoGreen Plus — our trusted global logistics partner. This ensures fast and fully trackable worldwide delivery while minimizing environmental impact.

Note: Deliveries to rural or remote addresses may require additional transit time. DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes & Duties (DDP)

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis — meaning all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in your checkout total. You will not be charged any additional costs upon delivery.

This applies globally, including shipments to Japan, the United States, and other international destinations.

Insurance

Every order is fully insured during transit until signed for upon delivery. Once a signature is obtained, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If you’ve entered an alternative delivery address (such as a workplace or gift recipient), the signature at that address confirms receipt.
